Peanut Butter Cookies
These are the best peanut butter cookies ever. Peanut butter cookies are simply peanut butter, sugar, and an egg.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredient180g all-purpose Flour (1 ½ Cup of Flour)
3g of Baking Powder (¾ tea spoon}
½ Tea spoon of Salt
Non-dry Ingredient
67g of Non-salted butter (½ cup of butter (room Temperature)
250g of Peanut Butter (1 cup of Peanut butter)
100g of light brown sugar (Half cup)
100g of white Sugar (Half cup)
1 large egg
5ml of Vanilla Extract (1 tea Spoon)
Directions
- In a separate bowl put the flour, baking powder and Salt and whisk it
- Take your Mixer and add your butter and Peanut butter, mix it up and combine well
- Add your Light brown sugar, White Sugar mix it up until a bit fluffy
- Add the 1 egg and mix it up
- Add the Vanilla Extract and mix it up
- Add your mix dry Ingredient ( Flour, baking powder and salt) and mix well
- Roll your Mixture into balls ( Make any size you preferred )
- Press down your roll ( Flat with a spoon of using a folk to have them as the picture)
- Leave the cookie on the baking tray for 20-30 min to form up
- Bake your cookies at 180 d for 10 Min they should have a light brown color
- Take your cookies out and let them cool for 10-15 min
